Essentials of Drafting & Review of Public Private Partnership Agreement



The basis of any public-private partnership (PPP) transaction are contracts and legal agreements. The moment sound agreements are put in place, PPPs stand the chances of achieving their set objectives as set forth by all parties in the transaction. This course is designed, with the Nigerian context in mind, to expose participants to the best practices in creating, negotiating, and implementing sound PPP contracts using presentations and case contract reviews. Participants will deepen their understanding of the key elements of successful PPP contracts, effective risk allocation, and the development of negotiation skills.
